Position Overview

Websteridence Physical Therapy Center is actively looking for dedicated and skilled Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is purely onsite at our outpatient office, allowing you to engage directly with patients while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgical procedures in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapies, exercise programs, and modalities aimed at pain relief and improved mobility.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure therapeutic goals are met.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and the use of assistive devices, ensuring they understand their role in the recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to optimize patient care through sharing insights and strategies that promote holistic treatment.
• Stay current with best practices in physical therapy by attending workshops, engaging in continuing education, and participating in professional associations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse patient population, including children and adults, with a variety of diagnoses ranging from sports injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain and neurological conditions. This role requires an empathetic approach in developing therapeutic relationships that support each patient on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Proficient communication skills—both written and verbal— to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
• A highly flexible and adaptive attitude, willing to adjust practices based on patient needs and organizational goals.

Preferred Experience

• While 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we welcome applications from new graduates who are eager to learn.
• Experience in outpatient therapy and knowledge of rehabilitation programs can be beneficial.
