Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing medical histories and performing comprehensive physical assessments to identify issues impacting mobility and function.
• Communicate evaluation findings and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans involving patients and their families, ensuring shared goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is essential.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
