Work Environment

Our outpatient office in Cranbury offers a friendly and efficient setting where therapists can thrive. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. We maintain a telehealth capability, providing flexible treatment options for patients, demonstrating our adaptable approach to care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat an average of three adult patients per hour, developing personalized treatment plans that maximize individual recovery and rehabilitation.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate a patient's condition, including functional movement evaluations, strength testing, and pain assessments.
• Implement evidence-based practice treatments, utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education to empower patients in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to create cohesive care plans that address all facets of patient health.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation with the CureMD electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult patients aged 40 to 65, who often present with various orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery needs, chronic pain issues, and mobility limitations. Your work will significantly impact their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain strength, flexibility, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• A New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility is mandatory for consideration.
• Strong clinical judgment skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, fostering an environment of trust and support is crucial.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, outpatient experience is highly beneficial as it equips you with skills in managing diverse cases and understanding the rehabilitation process.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
