Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist - Focus on Quality Care

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Monroe Township, New Jersey. This full-time role provides the unique opportunity to deliver high-quality care within a manageable caseload, ensuring each patient receives the attention they deserve. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of adult patients, forming evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver effective physical therapy treatments, utilizing advanced techniques and modalities that align with best practices in osteopathic rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to provide holistic, coordinated patient care.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will revolve around an adult patient demographic, primarily aged 40-65. These patients often present with orthopedic concerns, including post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management. By working closely with them, you will play a crucial role in restoring their functional abilities and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective patient engagement and collaboration with the treatment team.
• Excellent clinical reasoning skills that help address diverse patient needs and provide innovative treatment solutions.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy role, preferably within an outpatient setting.
• Experience with evidence-based practices for orthopedic rehabilitation is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, specifically CureMD or similar software.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
