Work Environment

The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent schedule that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult patients, primarily those aged 40-65, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and effective treatment.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Implement manual therapy and exercise programs tailored to patient capabilities and treatment goals, while providing education on injury prevention and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, enhancing treatment outcomes.
• Utilize CureMD EMR software to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes and progress reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our commitment to specialized care, you will be working predominantly with adult patients facing orthopedic challenges. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their function, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong foundation in rehabilitation principles, with a focus on outpatient therapy.
• Proficiency in documentation practices and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a similar outpatient setting, specifically in orthopedic physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 110,000 and 125,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
