Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your main responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clinical tasks aimed at improving patient health and mobility. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' orthopedic conditions to establish a baseline understanding of their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation goals, while incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, tailored exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery and enhance functionality.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, and nursing practitioners, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Monitor patient responses to therapies and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Engage actively in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and learn from colleagues.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
