The Motion and Health Rehabilitation Center in Dayton, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team full-time. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic conditions ranging from acute injuries to chronic pain.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices, which may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers in the continuous management of patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously using CureMD EMR to ensure accurate tracking of treatment outcomes and compliance with established clinical protocols.
• Educate patients about their conditions and guide them towards achieving their personal health goals through structured therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves adult patients aged 40 to 65 years who require rehabilitation for various orthopedic conditions. These may include post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, workplace-related injuries, and age-related musculoskeletal issues. Your role will be vital in assisting these patients not only to recover but also to improve their overall quality of life through effective interventions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to apply for one.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on patient interaction and education.
• Problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and response.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
