Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Spotswood, NJ, our clinic operates in a welcoming, patient-centered environment. The Physical Therapist will work onsite, directly engaging with patients in a well-equipped facility. Our collaborative space encourages teamwork, with a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that benefits our employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one treatments to approximately three patients per hour, focusing on adults facing various orthopedic conditions.
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans aimed at maximizing recovery.
• Utilizing a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate effective rehabilitation and improve functional outcomes.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population consists of adults with orthopedic issues ranging from post-operative recovery to chronic pain management. Our focus is on ergonomics and personalized care—helping individuals regain mobility and return to their daily activities smoothly.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• An active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with both patients and colleagues, fostering an engaging therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is preferred, we encourage new graduates who demonstrate a passion for the field and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care to apply. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
