Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and time they deserve during their therapy sessions.

Employ your expertise in orthopedic physical therapy, utilizing advanced techniques to elevate patient mobility and functionality.

Implement cost-effective treatment strategies, always considering the best non-surgical options to aid patients in their recovery.

Assess and document patient progress diligently, providing transparent communication regarding treatment outcomes and patient status.

Support and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a positive and encouraging environment for recovery.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance overall patient care and optimize recovery processes.

Continuously evaluate treatment methodologies and techniques to sustain a high standard of care aligned with current research and best practices.

You will work primarily with individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. Our clientele consists of active individuals across various age groups, from young athletes to older adults looking to regain their independence. The focus is on enhancing overall physical performance, reducing pain, and improving mobility through specialized therapeutic interventions.

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

A valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.

Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to design and implement effective exercise programs.

Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for thorough documentation and patient tracking.

A solid foundation in contemporary physical therapy concepts, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly regarded, particularly in sports medicine.
