Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices and the physician's plan of care.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery and improve function, aiming for measurable outcomes.
• Educating patients and their caregivers about treatment strategies and home exercises to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service and fostering meaningful relationships with patients to encourage their active participation in the healing process.
• Meeting performance targets, including utilization goals, while contributing positively to overall clinic productivity.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to integrate resources and optimize patient recovery pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work primarily with orthopedic patients, but will also have opportunities to treat individuals with a range of needs including pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. This diverse exposure allows our therapists to continually develop their skills while making a significant impact on the lives of varying patient demographics. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a physical therapist.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with computer proficiency.
• The ability to cultivate strong patient relationships and exceed functional goals is crucial.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities commonly used in outpatient settings.
• Background in developing and implementing community outreach or education programs.

Compensation and Benefits

Liberty Sports and Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
