Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique rehabilitation goals and progress.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring effective follow-up and ongoing evaluation of patient treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced orthopedic treatment techniques to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Implement cost-effective therapy interventions that prioritize non-surgical approaches while minimizing the reliance on medications.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with a clear professional record.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for efficient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
