Work Environment

In this full-time, onsite position, you will be operating primarily within a home care setting. Our work revolves around establishing meaningful connections with patients, which only one-on-one interactions can provide. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Design individualized physical therapy programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, particularly focused on manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization, to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the importance of therapy in the recovery process.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded care, enhancing referrals and integrated treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient orthopedic patients, which may include those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic conditions affecting mobility. You will be working with diverse individuals, ranging from athletes seeking to regain peak physical performance to elderly patients aiming to enhance their daily functioning. This variety will require you to adapt your approach based on each patient's capability and goals, always striving for the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) recognized by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrated exceptional manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization skills.
• Strong ability to assess patient needs effectively, particularly in a “Direct Access” setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a home care setting, which demands adaptability and autonomous clinical decision-making.
• Proficiency in utilizing various physical therapy modalities and advanced rehabilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for a productivity bonus program that rewards efficiency and treatment results.
