Work Environment

Located in Keyport, our onsite rehabilitation facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to assist in the recovery process. As a member of our team, you will work in a flexible and respectful atmosphere that encourages professional development and teamwork. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and establish customized treatment plans that align with individual health goals.
• Effectively manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
• Deliver specialized physical therapy services, particularly in orthopedic outpatient settings, utilizing advanced techniques and modalities.
• Implement cost-effective treatment approaches that maximize patient mobility and restore function.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, assessing treatment impact and making necessary modifications.
• Maintain meticulous records including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing documentation, adhering to legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience providing physical therapy services, with a strong focus on orthopedic patients.
• Clear professional record without any disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

While candidates with experience in outpatient orthopedic settings are preferred, we also value individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development within physical therapy. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
