Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of each patient's physical condition, establishing personalized rehabilitation goals to drive progress.
• Design and execute individualized treatment programs utilizing a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, exercise routines, and modalities that improve mobility.
• Monitor and adjust patient care strategies throughout the treatment process, ensuring measurable progress is being made towards their rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic interventions and preventive measures to enhance their understanding of health and wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create integrated treatment approaches for complex patient cases.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in our EMR system, specifically utilizing Web PT, to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatments to reduce reliance on pharmaceuticals, focusing instead on enhancing natural recovery processes.
• Uphold best practices in patient care to promote safety, efficacy, and satisfaction across all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patients will include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and skill level.
