Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Utilize a comprehensive assessment process to identify patient needs and tailor interventions that address pain management, rehabilitation, and functional improvement.
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing therapy to patients with varying conditions including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports medicine needs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, contributing to a positive patient experience and fostering a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans that leverage evidence-based modalities, ensuring optimal patient care.
• Educate and guide patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, techniques, and exercises to promote effective healing and prevent future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Monadnock Care Solution, you will engage with a wide range of patient demographics, focusing primarily on individuals experiencing various physical difficulties arising from surgeries, injuries, chronic conditions, and developmental disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, enhancing patient interaction and collaboration.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with word processing and electronic health records.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients, which is essential to effective therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Experience is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years working in a physical therapy setting.
• Current CPR Certification.

Compensation and Benefits
