Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center, designed to promote healing and recovery. Our clinic operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, providing a structured work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, your role will encompass a multifaceted approach to patient care, which includes:

• Conducting thorough initial evaluations to understand each patient's unique condition and history.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based modalities to address specific deficits.
• Maintaining an effective patient load while ensuring dedicated one-on-one time for personalized attention.
• Utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques to relieve pain and improve function.
• Designing comprehensive fitness and wellness programs that cater to individual patient needs and goals.
• Educating patients on non-surgical treatment alternatives to enhance mobility while minimizing medication reliance.
• Motivating and guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, adjusting their therapy regimens based on regular assessments.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure accurate and cohesive treatment records.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through effective communication and shared treatment goals.

Compensation and Benefits
