Work Environment

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care as per the physician's prescribed treatment plan, ensuring adherence to high standards of best practices.
• Utilize comprehensive evaluation techniques to assess patient conditions effectively and develop customized treatment programs to meet specific rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observations of changes in patient status or tolerance during therapy.
• Conduct thorough documentation of patient care, including evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports, in accordance with departmental policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff members and attend regular family meetings to discuss patient progress and the optimal management of rehabilitation strategies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews and departmental feedback sessions, to continuously enhance treatment processes.
• Remain up-to-date on emergency procedures and respond appropriately to any safety concerns within the treatment environment, prioritizing patient safety at all times.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
