Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by assessing patient histories and performing specific physical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting to ensure their engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's condition, adapting approaches as patients progress or as health care needs evolve.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals to address comprehensive patient needs, documenting any changes in patient conditions that might necessitate revisions in care plans.
• Oversee discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring that all documentation, from the initial evaluation to discharge summaries, meets regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Manage your schedule effectively to meet productivity expectations while ensuring timely, high-quality patient interactions.
• Participate in hospital and community outreach initiatives to promote the center's mission and services.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including serving as a mentor and clinical instructor to students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, those managing chronic pain, and athletes requiring rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
