Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment protocols with proficiency, modifying approaches based on patient response and shifts in the healthcare landscape to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that clinical records reflect each patient's treatment journey, including assessments, notes, and discharge plans.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills by maintaining a consistent patient schedule, meeting productivity expectations, and attending regular team meetings.
• Participate in professional development initiatives, attending continuing education courses and serving as a clinical instructor for trainees.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid DPT license in New Jersey, including any additional state licensure as required.
• An active American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
