Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Flexibility Plus Rehab, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for pediatric clients, assessing mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Regularly monitoring clinical signs and treatment responses, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documenting all assessments and treatment interventions using our electronic medical record system, including SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Educating clients and their families about the rehabilitation process, setting realistic expectations, and discussing potential challenges and milestones.
• Collaborating effectively with other therapy professionals within the organization to provide integrated care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Meeting established utilization and quality benchmarks that ensure service excellence.
• Promoting and embodying the core values of Flexibility Plus Rehab in your interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
