Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with various orthopedic conditions, integrating detailed patient histories, assessments, and clinical findings to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols, using clinical expertise to adapt therapeutic interventions based on an ongoing assessment of patient progress and needs.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely, ensuring clarity of care processes from initial evaluations to discharge summaries, which detail patient progression, measurable outcomes, and future care recommendations.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to modify care plans as necessary, ensuring patient safety and optimal treatment efficacy.
• Facilitate discharge planning, including consultations with patients regarding follow-up care and rehabilitation goals, ensuring a smooth transition in their recovery journey.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous education sessions to enhance clinical skills and contribute to practice improvements, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. This role requires a deep understanding of the challenges faced by these individuals and the dedication to help facilitate their rehabilitation through tailored exercise programs, manual therapy, and patient education.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred, demonstrating a track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
