Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to establish appropriate treatment objectives.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of strategies, including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities tailored to specific patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and progress notes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and strategies for improving function and independence.
• Recommend appropriate assistive devices, such as braces or walkers, and train patients in their use to enhance recovery.
• Document all relevant patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in the company's electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient welfare, enhancing overall treatment efficacy.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, and staying updated on the latest research in physical therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
