Renew Motion Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Lakewood, New Jersey. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will play a key role in helping patients restore physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life through personalized care and innovative therapeutic techniques. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults to assess their physical abilities and limitations accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
• Regularly reassess patient progress by evaluating clinical signs and symptoms, making necessary modifications to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, including SOAP notes and treatment plans, through our electronic record system, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families about the recovery process, potential challenges, and strategies for at-home care.
• Meet and exceed minimum utilization goals and other business objectives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with peers from various disciplines within Ensemble Therapy to offer integrated care for patients requiring multiple therapeutic services.
• Embrace and promote the organization's culture and core values, acting as an ambassador for Renew Motion Therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Renew Motion Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults with various diagnoses and backgrounds. This role requires a strong desire to help individuals from different age groups, races, and ethnicities overcome their physical challenges. You will provide care to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions, aiming to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Willingness to provide evaluations and treatments both in-person and through telehealth services when appropriate.
• A strong passion for working with diverse patient populations, adapting care to meet their unique needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, customer-focused setting, ensuring high standards of patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pediatric and geriatric physical therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation requirements.
• A background in multidisciplinary team collaboration would be advantageous.
• Continuing education related to advancements in physical therapy practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
