Work Environment

This position is an onsite opportunity, focusing on home care services. You will be working within patients' home settings, providing convenience and customized therapy options directly where individuals feel at their most comfortable. The work schedule consists of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you a stable work-life balance. The role involves managing a patient load efficiently, maintaining one-on-one sessions to ensure personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess each patient's needs to create tailored treatment plans aimed at fulfilling their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a focused patient load of one individual per hour to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to administer effective therapies that enhance patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Advocate for non-surgical alternatives and lower dependency on medications through therapeutic interventions.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment regimens that incorporate various therapeutic tools and techniques.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs that align with individual patient needs, encouraging them to adopt healthier lifestyles.
• Provide encouragement and motivation to patients throughout their treatment plans to assist them in achieving optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded patient care.
• Monitor progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and maintain open lines of communication with patients and their families.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment details accurately to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Raze Orthopedics, you will work with diverse patient populations, primarily within orthopedic care. Your patients may range from those recovering from surgeries to individuals with chronic conditions impacting mobility. This role demands a good understanding of unique patient challenges and the ability to foster a supportive and encouraging environment tailored to individual recovery paths.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Expertise in designing and implementing personalized exercise programs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable and will contribute significantly to your effectiveness in this role. Familiarity with chronic pain management and post-operative rehabilitation will enhance your ability to support our patients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , dependent on experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
