Work Environment

Our outpatient office is a vibrant and collaborative setting where professionals work together to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. As a Physical Therapist, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to utilizing evidence-based practices to serve our diverse client population. The position is full-time, operating Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, with a focus on providing direct, hands-on care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing their physical abilities and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and function.
• Implement and monitor interventions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and clinical feedback.
• Employ appropriate therapeutic techniques, utilizing modalities and exercises tailored to each client's needs.
• Document patient care accurately and timely, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, providing guidance and support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients who require multiple services, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Meet established productivity goals and organizational objectives while upholding the company's core values.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ability to conduct both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments when clinically appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits
