Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities, formulating effective treatment strategies based on their individual needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans that not only set realistic goals but also encompass a range of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular education.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including heat application, ice therapy, and electrical stimulation, to facilitate pain relief and promote recovery.
• Provide ongoing education to patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and corrective exercises to empower them in maintaining their health.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance outcomes, ensuring each patient meets their rehabilitation objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive patient care and treatment alignment.
• Maintain organized and precise patient records, documenting all treatment interventions, progress notes, and outcome measures accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of hands-on clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with a broad range of physical therapy modalities and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable effective patient assessments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Five or more years of clinical experience in physical therapy, specifically in an outpatient environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
