Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite, primarily in clients' homes, offering you the opportunity to work closely with individuals in a comfortable and familiar setting. You will encounter various cases, allowing you to apply diverse techniques and interventions. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM, providing a structured yet fulfilling work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Renew Motion Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for clients, particularly children, to assess functional capabilities and needs.
• Creating individualized treatment plans that address the unique goals and challenges of each client, employing evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitoring and reassessing clinical indicators to track progress toward established goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of patient care, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic record system.
• Educating clients and their families on the rehabilitation process, empowering them to navigate their recovery journey effectively.
• Meeting utilization targets and contributing to broader organizational objectives, showcasing your commitment to both client and organizational success.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the team to provide holistic care for clients receiving multidisciplinary services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, which includes children, adults, and the elderly, each requiring different methods of treatment tailored to their specific needs. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and valid licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• A willingness to perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments both in-person and using telehealth technology when clinically appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits
