Work Environment

This position will be based onsite, primarily in patients' homes throughout Toms River, New Jersey. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will immerse yourself in a supportive work culture that prioritizes patient-centered care and collaboration among healthcare professionals. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours each week, during which you'll have the opportunity to interact directly with patients in their own environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and implement personalized therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based practices in order to address diverse patient needs and promote optimal recovery.
• Deliver skilled care in the comfort of patients' homes, modifying techniques and procedures based on individual conditions and limitations.
• Foster strong relationships with patients and their caregivers by providing education and training on exercises, postural alignment, and self-care strategies.
• Document patient progress accurately and adhere to state regulations and practice standards, ensuring compliance with physician directives.
• Collaborate with a broad team of healthcare professionals to maximize patient outcomes, contributing to case discussions and multidisciplinary care coordination.
• Meet and strive to exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute to the clinic's business objectives positively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, treating a wide range of conditions spanning orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Your expertise will be crucial in creating individualized plans that support rehabilitation, recovery, and overall functional improvement. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
