Work Environment

The successful candidates will work onsite at our outpatient facility in Toms River. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care environment, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain, restore function, and improve mobility.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies and therapeutic goals based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Document all treatment sessions meticulously, ensuring accurate record-keeping that reflects each patient's progress and response to interventions.
• Guide patients and their caregivers in the use of assistive devices, equipping them with knowledge on effective self-care techniques and rehabilitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
