Work Environment

Located in the heart of Toms River, our facility is designed to facilitate optimal patient rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist in our organization, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations for patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, including pre and post-operative conditions.
• Document detailed progress reports, including objective measures, re-evaluations of treatment goals, and patients' discharge plans.
• Assess and recommend appropriate medical equipment to enhance patients' mobility and functionality.
• Deliver engaging patient education and therapy sessions tailored to individuals and groups, ensuring they understand their treatment processes and exercises.
• Develop, implement, and direct customized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, with well-defined goals aimed at maximizing patient function and independence.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state physical therapy license in New Jersey.

• Ability to formulate and execute individualized treatment plans, demonstrating adaptability to changing patient needs.

Preferred Experience
