Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions, focusing on musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results, patient goals, and clinical best practices.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, functional movement training, and manual therapy techniques.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, therapy interventions, and treatment adjustments to ensure effective care outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and self-care strategies to facilitate ongoing recovery and physical health maintenance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, including but not limited to, post-surgical rehabilitation, joint replacement recovery, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards for practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic treatments and rehabilitation methods.
• Extensive knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatments, and rehabilitation protocols.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000, recognizing the expertise and dedication you bring to our practice.
