Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical abilities and limitations using comprehensive assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on achieving specific functional and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy utilizing a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training to enhance client recovery.
• Instruct clients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques to support ongoing therapy and improve overall wellness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for each client.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, treatment documentation, and progress notes in line with organizational protocols and regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous learning and training to stay updated on the latest orthopedic treatment strategies and industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our orthopedic physical therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and degenerative orthopedic diseases. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive annual salary ranging between USD 110,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
