Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific goals and needs.
• Provide evidence-based manual therapy techniques and prescribed exercise regimens to improve patients' mobility and reduce pain, focusing on rehabilitation of orthopedic conditions.
• Utilize modern assessment tools and technologies, such as functional movement assessments and strength testing, to guide treatment progress and adapt care strategies as needed.
• Create comprehensive wellness programs that incorporate strength training, flexibility exercises, and modifications to daily activities, empowering patients to take charge of their own health.
• Collaborate with patients to instill confidence, motivate them throughout their recovery process, and educate them about their conditions and the importance of compliance with treatment protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans to optimize outcomes and facilitating referrals to specialists when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an orthopedic physical therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from surgical interventions, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
