Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients, utilizing orthopedic physical therapy methodologies to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at maximizing function and mobility.
• Implement and modify therapy interventions to meet patient needs, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and education on injury prevention and home care.
• Oversee and mentor physical therapist assistants and support staff, ensuring they adhere to established protocols and professional standards while assisting with patient care.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and modifications in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations to maintain compliance and quality of care.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with a strong focus on orthopedic practice.
