Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and execute customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals and conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide high-quality hands-on therapy, such as manual manipulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities suitable for orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and necessary lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Closely monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

Vital Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
