Pardise Mind Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is a cutting-edge facility located in Toms River, New Jersey, dedicated to offering high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Our 5,000 square feet facility is equipped for advanced sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation, providing a comprehensive range of services tailored to individual patient needs. We cater predominantly to clients with private medical insurance, ensuring a focus on personalized care and recovery pathways.

Work Environment

As part of our dynamic team, which includes two skilled physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, you will work onsite in our modern facility. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. This full-time role is designed to foster collaboration among healthcare practitioners, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are seamlessly integrated.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to establish treatment objectives and develop effective care plans.
• Efficiently manage a patient caseload, typically accommodating one patient per hour, while providing individualized therapy sessions.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to optimize patients' mobility and functional outcomes.
• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques to support recovery, aiming to reduce reliance on medications and unnecessary surgical procedures.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting care plans as required to reflect patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services meticulously, ensuring alignment with regulatory healthcare standards.
• Educate and motivate patients on exercise regimens and wellness practices to enhance physical capabilities beyond therapy sessions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle among clients by improving key attributes such as strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, particularly those recovering from sports injuries and surgical procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach as you help patients navigate their recovery pathways, ensuring a supportive environment that empowers them to reach their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current and clean licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• No documented instances of license-related disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) platforms, particularly with WebPT or similar systems.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a track record of developing effective treatment plans.
• Strong background in conducting exercise regimens catering to various patient needs.
• Experience with patient education techniques and motivational strategies to encourage adherence to treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
