Work Environment

This role is based in our onsite outpatient facility, where you will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals dedicated to patient care. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and resources to ensure our therapists have everything they need to provide effective treatment. We operate from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a work-life balance that enhances job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient objectives and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Efficiently manage a patient load of one patient per hour, delivering high-quality care and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Utilize your hands-on skills and experience in orthopedic outpatient environments to provide effective, cost-effective therapies.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in active communications with clients and their families to keep them informed about progress and treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient care across disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Trigger Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse client population includes individuals of all ages, ranging from young athletes to older adults. You will be instrumental in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, improve their mobility, and restore their functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• A clean professional record free from board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with extensive backgrounds in specialized rehabilitation techniques, such as sports medicine or pediatric care, are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be considered an additional asset, as efficient documentation is essential for maintaining patient care standards.

Compensation and Benefits
