Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to relieve pain and enhance movement.
• Document patient progress meticulously and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Educate patients and their families on effective self-management strategies, including the use of assistive devices as needed to support independence in activities of daily living.
• Provide training to caregivers and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care regarding appropriate therapy techniques and equipment usage.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops and engaging in continuous education.
• Collaborate with fellow health care providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and promote coordinated treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients include a diverse demographic, ranging from children to elderly adults, all presenting with varying conditions stemming from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, or disabilities. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and possess a valid state license to practice in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred, we are open to new graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Experience in outpatient settings is an asset, though not mandatory.
