Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's specific diagnoses and goals.

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service by building rapport with patients, addressing their concerns, and maintaining ongoing communication regarding treatment progress.

• Provide home care services, applying therapeutic procedures and techniques to enhance patients' functional abilities according to individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to base compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
