Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs through various evaluation methods.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches, including exercises, mobilization techniques, and therapeutic modalities.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting treatments and responses, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide education and hands-on training to patients and their families regarding the implementation of therapeutic exercises, including the safe use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, offering insights on patient progress and necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Stay current with industry best practices by attending training workshops, engaging with peer-reviewed literature, and participating in relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children recovering from developmental issues, adults rehabilitating post-surgery, and elderly patients managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
