Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our rehabilitation facility, which is equipped with advanced technology and resources to support your practice. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients focusing on their functional mobility, physical abilities, and individual needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized therapy interventions based on each patient's progress and specific conditions.
• Work closely with physicians and chiropractors to coordinate care that optimizes patient outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to educate patients about their conditions and motivate them throughout treatment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and progress notes compliant with industry standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and share best practices among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Our diverse clientele includes pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
