Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, incorporating detailed patient histories and assessments, to inform treatment protocols.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that align with evaluation outcomes and adjust methodologies in accordance with evolving healthcare practices.
• Consult and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to address comprehensive patient care needs and documentation.
• Monitor patients' progress, recognizing and documenting any changes that might necessitate treatment plan modifications or rehabilitation consultations.
• Oversee discharge planning and aftercare follow-ups, ensuring comprehensive documentation including evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries to provide an accurate account of patient care.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity goals while maintaining an organized patient schedule.
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote our services within the community.
• Contribute to departmental goals by engaging in regulatory compliance and quality assurance activities.
• Pursue continuing education for professional development, acting as a mentor for aspiring therapists and students.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving patient access and customer experience through adaptability and commitment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on diverse patient populations, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions in need of rehabilitation services. Antrum Physical Therapy emphasizes family involvement and active patient engagement to promote effective recovery and improve overall health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Current valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• Dedication to continuous learning and a desire to enhance clinical skills.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory for applicants demonstrating exceptional clinical aptitude.
• Experience in a fast-paced rehabilitation facility is a plus.
