Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate therapeutic needs and establish baselines for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, focusing on functional goals tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions in accordance with the physician's treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to drive patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Instruct patients and their families on exercises, therapeutic modalities, and home-based interventions to foster continual rehabilitation progress.
• Prioritize and manage caseload effectively, ensuring all patients receive the necessary attention and support throughout their recovery journey.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and participate in the continuous improvement of treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role encompasses the treatment of a diverse client base, including both adult and pediatric patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will primarily focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, ensuring each patient receives a personalized experience that promotes engagement and recovery. Qualifications

• A valid State of New Jersey Physical Therapist license, with a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, to be completed within 30 days of employment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory, as we welcome new graduates who demonstrate passion and a strong work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits
