Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient goals and establish individualized treatment strategies tailored to their needs.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, ensuring that each patient receives cost-effective interventions aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Develop and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive atmosphere that empowers individuals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients who are grappling with various orthopedic challenges, including but not limited to post-operative rehabilitation, trauma recovery, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patients range from athletes seeking to regain their peak performance to individuals recovering from surgery, and your expertise will be crucial in tailoring interventions to meet these diverse needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Candidates with a Master's degree or Doctorate are encouraged to apply.
• A current and active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation principles with a focus on various musculoskeletal conditions.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries.
• Proficiency in patient assessments, treatment planning, and providing hands-on therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Bodywise Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
