Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is located in the heart of Union City, offering a welcoming onsite environment conducive to healing and growth. Working closely with other healthcare professionals, you will enjoy access to shared knowledge and expertise, aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes. As a full-time team member, you will participate in a structured schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring work-life balance while dedicating your skills to improving patient health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify and address patients' goals and needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and functional capabilities.
• Develop and execute individualized care plans that integrate various treatment modalities, promoting effective rehabilitation.
• Conduct patient education sessions to empower clients in maintaining their health and wellness beyond therapy.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment strategies based on data collected during evaluations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
• Encourage patients through motivational strategies to foster adherence to treatment regimens and assist them in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients who suffer from musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Our diverse client base ranges from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals looking to regain mobility after surgery. Each patient receives tailored care that addresses their unique challenges, allowing for targeted and effective rehabilitation interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current, active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong foundational knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to connect effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable expertise in patient assessments, treatment planning, and delivering direct patient care.
• Familiarity with treatment tools and technologies specific to orthopedic therapy.
• Proven ability to engage with patients across a spectrum of demographics and personality types, adapting communication styles to meet their needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000, complemented by performance bonuses based on quality of care and patient satisfaction metrics.
