Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality orthopedic physical therapy services targeting patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's needs and develop individualized treatment plans that set clear goals aligned with their recovery path.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, to restore function and mobility.
• Utilize modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation when appropriate, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each case.
• Track and analyze patient progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evidence and feedback.
• Collaborate daily with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to patient well-being.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families on proper home exercise regimens, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a master's degree will be a significant asset.
• Active and valid New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
