Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist will include:

• Performing thorough evaluations of patients referred by various healthcare providers, assessing their physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Designing and executing customized treatment plans that address specific orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, and preventive care.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Conducting patient education sessions to instruct patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and postural alignment strategies.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, engaging in case discussions to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Meeting productivity and utilization metrics while contributing positively to the clinic's overall operational goals.
• Documenting patient progress accurately and promptly in accordance with clinic policies and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric clients to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
