This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Jersey City, NJ, where you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and support staff. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, creating personalized treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with state laws and ethical practices.
• Implement therapy interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Instruct patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic exercises, use of assistive devices, and other care strategies to promote recovery outside of scheduled sessions.
• Prioritize your caseload and effectively manage daily therapy schedules to ensure efficient delivery of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, treating individuals with various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility challenges. Your focus will be on enhancing patients' functional abilities while providing empathetic support and motivation throughout their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health, career, and retirement of our staff.
