Work Environment

The work environment at Evolution Physical Therapy is dynamic and supportive, with an emphasis on collaborative healthcare. You will work alongside two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA) in our well-equipped rehab center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify individualized goals and treatment requirements.
• Manage a designated caseload, ensuring personalized attention and care for each patient with a structured schedule of one patient per hour.
• Develop and implement cost-effective rehabilitation programs that enhance range of motion and mobility, particularly for orthopedic conditions.
• Educate patients on reducing reliance on medications and explore avenues to avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Create comprehensive care plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise protocols.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs addressing the unique needs of each patient to facilitate ongoing health.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously to maintain accurate records of care provided and monitor patient progress.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and communicate effectively with patients and their families throughout the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Motivate and guide patients to achieve their functional goals, celebrating milestones to encourage continued effort.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population predominantly consists of individuals with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgery rehabilitation and sports injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist with an unblemished professional record.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a deep understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated competence in developing evidence-based exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing the ability to manage diverse patient needs.
• Experience with specialized therapeutic modalities and interventions that contribute to optimal recovery outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on high-quality, patient-centric care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your skills and experience.
