You will join a close-knit team consisting of fellow physical therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), all committed to providing tailored rehabilitation plans. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify and address each patient's unique goals and treatment needs.
• Manage a caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring focused attention and dedicated care.
• Implement effective, cost-efficient treatment plans that enhance each patient's range of motion and mobility.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and patient education to reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Design and adapt personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to the specific demands and aspirations of each patient.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment process to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and cohesive care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments and treatment outcomes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Evaluate and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and possess an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Evidence of a strong professional history, with no disciplinary actions or board issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy and exercise protocol development.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to document patient care efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the latest treatment modalities and techniques in physical therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
